It's Time to Say Yes to the Northern South Park Neighborhood

For more than six years, the Gill family and the Jackson Hole Hereford Ranch have worked through the public process to create a housing solution for one of Teton County's most pressing challenges.

The Northern South Park (NSP) Neighborhood would provide hundreds of much-needed, small lot homes and multi-family units, including affordable housing opportunities for the teachers, nurses, first responders, snowplow drivers and local families who keep our community running.

The Gill family has deep roots in Jackson Hole dating back over a century. They have listened to feedback, refined their proposal, and remained committed to finding a solution that benefits the community.

After six long years of review, all while local families and friend after friend have been forced to move away, the need for housing has never been more clear. It's time to move forward. Please send a note now to the County commissioners asking them to say Yes to NSP.
